Sofiyano, a sister company of Belgian Telecom & VoipTiger is hiring an experienced, polyvalent and flexible co-worker in Sofia to reinforce our small but growing team.
We are looking for a positive, flexible and motivated person for a full-time helpdesk and administrative position. You have fluent written and spoken English language skills and good IT literacy. You are well organized, accountable, willing to learn and have a problem solving attitude. You like to help and solve customers’ problems.
The necessary competences for this position
-Excellent English written and oral language skills, French and Dutch is an asset.
-Strong knowledge of Windows environments, knowledge of Mac environments is an asset. -Good knowledge of Word/Excel/Outlook.
-Bachelor or Master in communication, management, economics, accounting or finance.
Tasks and responsibilities
– Helpdesk support:
- Following up customer issues;
- Raising cases to our partners;
- Solving problems related to xDSL, Mobile and VOIP technology;
- Receiving 1st line technical calls (avg 3 calls/day);
- Communicating via e-mails/tickets/Slack/Skype/Asana.
- Respecting objectives and specified dates.- Accountancy support
– Managing incoming document flow
