BeMyApp is a rapidly-growing, multi-faceted marketing agency in the technology space
whose mission is to foster digital transformation for businesses and organizations and
support them in evangelizing developers on the newest technologies and platforms. For
the past 8 years, the company has helped more than 200 clients through the execution
of tech events (hackathons, conferences, workshops) and digital strategies. We have
offices in US and Europe and our clients include tech industry leaders such as Intel, HP,
Samsung, Salesforce.com, as well as brands like L’Oreal, Mercedes, NBCUniversal and
others.

 

The Position

We are looking to build a team in Sofia composed of motivated people to join our global
company as full-time employees. As a Lead Generation and Database Coordinator you
will play an important role in our organization, supporting and working directly with our
Community Outreach Managers and helping with generating a high volume of leads
for each client event or campaign​. We focus on reaching our clients’ objectives
through targeted developer outreach, while building long-term relationships within
developer and entrepreneurial communities worldwide. We will provide you with the
specifics of the leads we need per event and support you but this position requires

self-education and research, as well as attention to detail. You will be responsible for
researching and identifying qualified leads and maintaining a pipeline of prospect in
various cities around the world for our events and marketing campaigns. The
maintenance of a robust database of existing contacts and the ability to mine new
contacts are equally important.

 

Responsibilities

● Doing research to identify new leads and contacts as identified by Project
Managers and following set guidelines
● Compiling a database of 1000-2000 leads per city per event/campaign with
detailed information – i.e. email address, social media accounts, programming
language proficiency, publications, company, etc.
● Report progress to assigned supervisor on a daily basis
● Review and synergize spreadsheets quickly, maintain accurate documentation,
and produce error-free work under deadlines

 

Required Skills

● BA (could be in progress) in Marketing, Business, or Communications
● Knowledge in Google Apps (google sheets) and/or MS Office (spreadsheets) is
preferred
● Some experience with CRM tool is a plus
● Proficiency in English
● Ability to follow processes closely and meticulously
● Computer and internet search proficiency
● Resourcefulness and creativity to solve challenges
● Understanding of social media and professional networks i.e. LinkedIn,
Meetup.com, GitHub, Twitter, FB groups, etc.
● Interest in technology – you will be required to prospect software engineers based
on programming language or platform/technology they specialize in, so you must
have at least a basic understanding of mobile and web technologies, startups,
and technology
● Previous sales or similar lead generation experience is a plus
